The voice you hear is this video is Leonard “Swoosh” Snead. He’s was an Admiral and Program Manager of the F-14 Aircraft/Phoenix Missile. He also directly worked at Grumman 2 years after this, maintaining the position and was the man who handled Iran’s entire acquisition of the F-14.
Getting to the point, this guy knows what’s he’s talking about. He’s was walking primary source for the F-14 Tomcat.
He said, and I quote, “… the F-14 structural envelope… and has consistently flown to seven and one-half G’s in the fighter configuration at one point number three attained eight point nine G’s within limit loads.”

So clearly the F-14 in the video was within limit loads… The Tomcat was over-engineered to an insane degree and was tested to be almost structurally unbreakable under controlled flight.
If I reported this, could it be considered?

Which makes me surprised they didn’t do a skin for the Tiger HAD-E. It’s Spanish AND it’s a premium.

We dont accept video / testimonials for reports. Many claims have been made by pilots, tankers, commanders, designers etc and turned out to later be erroneous. As such, we have a set standard across the board that we dont accept them.

There is a pretty good chance that Germany would get a Spanish EF at some point, so it isn’t really cope

Yes, but there is another nation in game that uses the EFT (took part in the development too iirc, but I wasn’t sure) that also has a Spanish vehicle.
I didn’t say it was a certainty it would come to Germany, just that it was a good chance. It could also go to either Britain or Italy but I would say the chances are better for Germany now that they just got a Spanish skin for their Eurofighter.
I mean there is a chance but I doubt that the skins mean anything. Looking at the Canadian Hornet being in the British tree while it’s valor skin was added to the US Hornet and similar examples.

That skin makes no sense in the German tech tree, spanish EFTs have PIRATE IRST & afaik LWS; it would make much more sense to be part of the Italian EFT or UK EFT
They got it because Germany is the most popular of the 3 EFT nations. I wouldnt read into it anymore than that.
As it stands, I dont think any nation should get a Spanish Sub-TT, especially Germany. They would make a half decent standalone TT that could serve as a reasonable host for other nations like LATAM
So did Britain and Italy.
