By my quick and dirty reckoning. Would only take 3-4 Storm Shadows to kill a base. Tornado GR4 can carry 4 (based upon explosive mass compared to 1000lb GBUs)

Because the Rafale is exported to pther nations. That’s what happens when things are exported.
The first Indonesian Rafale is also a two seat Rafale B, so it would be a bit different from the Rafale C in the French tree if they add it like that.
