It was supposed to be armed unlike the EAP
If it was built and flew then its open to consideration. However everything after that is down to the developers discretion.

Last community update it was said that more 4.5 gen aircraft are coming with AESA likely the gripen E. Could you clarify if the gripen E (whenever it arrives) is planned for thailand or only sweden to make it unique for a while.
