the Min proxy range is a different stat
ArmDistance is the min fuze range
the value changed is when the fuze arms before the target (ArmDistance is the lowest range where it can arm)
this value means at 1500m away from a (locked) target the fuze will arm, instead of at 500m
so this is a slight buff, meaning it will be easier to change targets last second (such as targeting ordinance), and will be more effective against very fast targets in front aspect
not a nerf, its a minor buff

Yep. sounds about right. Also. KH-38MT seems to be really struggling now. So maybe a stronger AGM for them?
ARM + Hypersonic AGMs probably would make soviet CAS competitive
