i wish they got the J-11BG as a counterpart to the Golden Eagle. i liked it when they had a pair of jets as the focus

the EFTs have the same issues a lot of jets have underperforming radars
I think it was said BVVD mentioned the J-10C is coming in the December patch? and dont get me wrong BOL is nice its not as big as people say it is I still haven’t researched it on the EFT and I still manage to not run out of CMs its great on slower platfroms like the harriers but top tier jets I never really had an issue without having the BOL while stock grinding

its also the 2nd best jet in the game
and has a stock ammount of CMs of 64 countermeasures, the gripen I didnt have much issue with either and it had 80 and that by far is not the best jet in the game, if BOL wasn’t underperforming I would say its a massive advantage but in its current state its nice to have not vital
so it shouldnt be any problem for every US F-15 to get them?

sure but its also not vital unless the plane has next to no counter measures I dont think getting BOL is gonna change a whole lot for the F-15s

The thing is what AMBER racks was designet for F-15C 2040C aka Golden Eagle, they was tested on it and all was good. Later they just get rid of Golden Eagle production in favor of the F-15EX which is now flying with the same AMBER rakcs. So basically they simply tested everything on the F-15C GE and then cut production costs by starting to produce and use only the F-15EX.
With dual racks for R-77 we have a bit different situation, it can be mounted on Su-30SM, maybe even on Su-27SM but it was developed only when Su-35S came out. First flight of Su-30SM is 2012 and Su-35 entered service in 2014. Feels like we have even less information about R-77 dual racks other than AMBER racks.
Yeah the CMs are the least of the F-15C "GE"s issues

You could very well be right, I was at work when the dev streams were happening.
Either way december is pretty soon so I’m happy about it regardless, also gives me a little more time to finish up the J-10 line.

I’m just looking for something(s) to give the F-15C GE to make it more of a 14.3 jet, as it currently feels very much like a 14.0 jet pushed up to 14.3 so that Gaijin can pretend that the US has a 14.3 jet.
BOL is the lowest entry bar thing they could give the F-15C GE as the rails are already modeled and it will help the F-15C while not having a big negative effect on overall balance.

So Rafale, Su-30SM, EF2K and Su-35 in the next update is in balance, especially the Su-35 with 14500kgs on 1 engine, thrust vetoring and 14 missiles and F-15C with 16 missiles which is only 2 more compare to Russian bias is extremly unbalanced and will broke the game? People already ask for atleast 12 missiles what is not even historically accurate
I would say what F-15C in that case will only match 14.3 if they give him everything but AMBER racks. EPAWSS - 360° RWR and MAW without blind spots which is also give him +120 internal countermesures will be especially good, LEGION pod will also be nice cause it gives F-15C IRST, and its also not this hard to make in game cause its will work like: You take it - you have IRST radar mode like on EF2K for example. BOL is nice but it will not solve the problem, 240 countermesures (360 with EPAWSS) is already enough

Then it will come in a Dev Server update- remember that the first openings of the dev are always quite barebones!
