the M1A2T isn’t a SEPv3 so the US already has the counterpart to the M1A2T.

I don’t know F-15C (Golden Eagle upgrade) carries max 8x or higher 8x AIM-120
No problem F-15C zero guided Air-to-Ground munitions, and equipped AN/AAQ-33 Sniper advanced targeting pod
F-15E (post RMP) equipped and fired APKWS II
