Its main focus is in ECM, we dont have ECM, so NG would be better and provide a proper current 14.3 counterpart to the current jets then when we get next gen missiles and EW the Gripen E can come in with full capability instead being a gimped jet as is per usual with Sweden air.

SPEAR-3 and KH-59 are not comparable at all.
the Hawk 200 was the only semi interesting thing and they went with arguably worst version :/ watch it not even get guided weapons like mavs for “balance”
