I think you are wrongly comparing the Israeli M113 HVMS with the Chilean Super Chaffee, which have only the gun in common. The real Chilean vehicle comparable to the Israeli M113 HVMS is the Chilean Piranha 6x6 HVMS, as they share the same turret and gun and therefore the same automatic reloading system, unlike the Super Chaffee, which is completely manual. In comparison, the Piranha 6x6 HVMS is infinitely superior as a platform for that turret than the M113, it is a much more maneuverable and faster vehicle, and is even amphibious.
Depending on the reloading system used by Gaijin, whether it is the 2x3 or the 4x7, the vehicle can have up to a BR of 9.0-9.3, being comparable to the Italian VCC-80/60 with a rapid reloading system and fires the same ammunition.
