That is partly said with a sense of humor but also partly true, it has very fast targeting speed on the turret and actually make a decent AA. Better AA than SPG imo.

The suggestion page says it possibly got AL-31FM1 the same exact engines as the tech tree, and if it didnt, they are only SLIGHTLY worse by a unnoticeable amount.
And it clearly states it uses R-77 FOX-3 missiles with up to ten Pylons as well as having upwards of 196 counter measures, more than any other USSR top tier jet.
Maybe you and I see pay to win different.
But if someone is outright able to buy one of the most competitive top tier vehicles in a nation without having to work for it, I see it as pay to win.
Since we ask for an Oto 25mm they got confused

Just like the EFTs use IRIS-T/ASRAAM, most of the F-series US modern jets use AIM-9X, Israeli jets use Python 4 and 5, the Rafale uses MICA-IR etc…

If you want a better comparison the 12.7 MiG-29s don’t have R-73 even though they used it. The Italian and Chinese F-16A ADF and MLU didn’t have the AIM-120As for the longest time, hell iirc the Chinese F-16A MLU even mainly uses the 120C-5 irl that it doesn’t have in game.
F-16C and F-15C in the US tree are from a similar timeframe as the F-15E but the former 2 don’t get AIM-120C-5.
I could probably find a lot more examples if I wanted to actually try.

That number is way off, the weight of the MK2 should float around 18400kg minimum, as per other sources on it.
I haven’t seen a proper source saying it got those engines, but if there’s one please feel free to let me know, but, in case the engine ends up being the base AL31 w/o TVC then the thrust decrease is kinda significant, from 12500-ish to 11600-ish is not a small jump.
As for this, the images of the Venezuelan MK2’s show 7 dispensers, the same as the SM, so it should add up to 96 or 98 like othe flanker variants.

Regarding the Fox-3s, I personally doubt that this jet will be higher than 13.0 or 13.3 and therefore it should’t get R77’s.
But that’s my opinion ofc, if they want to give it R-77’s and bump the BR up to 13.7, it will just face more powercreeping jets.
