I mean I don’t disagree with 14.3, but it’s not like these “new amraams” are that much better than the old ones lol.
I saw somewhere that rafale f4.2 would allow to jam at the same time too with it’s gan radar, so i guess gan is the reason this new radar can do such things same as why captor mk2 is advertised as such.
So no software update would allow other radar to do the same.
they should have and even more so this update but its the tax for getting an SPAA in the top 5 for effective ness (a patch after)
or new game modes.

Mk1 is full GaN while Mk2 is a mix of GaN and GaAs, so the transmitters don’t seem to be the reason as GaN outperforms GaAs in nearly every metric (except for price).

what is the spawn rate of the others because 23k vs 483k isnt a great ratio

Yes. Which either means it will get full IIR tracking like the AASM gets or it will get nothing at all.
