Still, I dont think a naval suggestion has been approved in a while.
It’s nice to see all the tanks and aircraft suggestions being approved, but it’s a bit sad being Naval getting nothing.
What’s Vilkas Br, 10.3 ?
Jaguar is just a glorified Vilkas (faster but less armored, missiles have a bit more pen, and same for the gun)
It would grant a Br of 10.7 or 11.0 reasonably speaking ?
A tax of 1.7 would be quite brutal, not even AMX-13 or Char 25t is that over br’d
its also a lot smaller I think which is quite big for IFVs

Smaller but still huge. Turret’s roof sits higher than a Leclerc for example, and Jaguar’s hull is almost as long as Leclerc’s hull
Mainly comes down to the fact that Jaguar isn’t an IFV, otherwise it would be even bigger
The Vilkas is 10.7.
For the FnF Lights the BRs as follows:
10.0: QN506[CN]
10.7: Vilkas[DE/LT] | CV9030 Mk.4 [SE]
11.0: PUMA VJTF[DE] | KF41[IT/HU]
11.3: Namer 30[IL] | Namer Tsrikhon[IL]
If I had to guess, Jaguar would be 10.7, all the ones higher have an APS of some kinda and iirc Jaguar doesn’t

wild Ajax IFV would be 11.3 or more likely 11.7 as it should be faster then the Namers, has Iron Fist and a 40mm dart with around 190mm of pen and a Javelin
No armour so I’d actually guess at 11.3, for game purposes it’s a better KF41.
All conjecture though, the Snail moves in mysterious ways, no point in trying to guess based on the shiny, and oddly sticky, trail left behind.

Most of these threads have sat for months at this point and are only now visible because a SM is actually doing their job.
These have soft kill APS no ? I’m not sure they are as useful, especially around 10.7 - 11.0
Jaguar Br will mostly be decided by what mechanic it has.
If it’s the base mechanics : LWS, 4 MMP (2kg warhead, 1000mm of pen) and 140mm of pen on the gun, i think 11.0 - 11.3 will be reasonable
If it comes with stuff like pilar V and they decide to go with the high estimates on the 40mm APFSDS then it will be higher, but i don’t expect Gaijin to model this mechanic for one vehicle
KF41 and the Namers have Hardkill, the puma softkill iirc
