The CM 8 already said china is getting a US MBT, new SPAA for top tier, and a new Jet, think its safe to say China is the main focus this update.
but wasnt it 'future plans" i tought only the MBT was at this update.
Ah ok. I did see some posts I think in the battle pass news thread about disappointment over the announcement. Probably just one dodgy operator.
They state in the short term which more than likely means next update, December seems unlikely for a short term addition.

Hey, do you know why some jet attackers get stock bomb loadouts, while others dont? Wouldnt this be a good thing for all the jet attackers to have?

I could see it being a combination of new top ground vehicles+decompressed existing ground vehicles going to 12.7. I don’t see why it has to be wheeled specifically, the tractor could just be standing in for ground vehicles in general.
EDIT: For precedent, this kind of BR jump and decompression is what just happened to Naval over the course of the Leviathans update so it’s definitely not impossible
12.7 could also just mean a .50 cal
clearly a low tier .50 cal tractor premium (Technical?)

may be 12.7 ground decompression. it may not all be relating to the skyraider, the tractor im certain is tho
my bets goes to: VN-1C, J-15 and ABRAMS to china lmfao

I personally am hoping for J10C, and it seems most folks are also wanting that. I personally am not sure where the J15 would actually fit in the tech tree as it doesn’t have a naval aviation line!
