but also that we (india) doesnt have any good connection with UK tree, only connection is the common wealth country + we used their stuff in the very begining

i will tell you as a indian, we just use some of their stuff to keep a “friendly” connection with them
in all of the attacks and operation india carried out recently, it didnt touch those british stuff
we used our own home grown stuff + israeli tech (a lot) + russian stuff (our main weapon stock pile) + american/french
that for tanks and jets
the indian navy is just the soviet/russian navy + indian stuff
india is more of a tiny ussr tech tree
Su30mki can carry r77-1/astra/derby/python/assraam with french rocket bomb and israel spice bomb
But mig29 is only limited to r77/astra/r73e with some glide bomb and laser bomb
Plus a mig29 would never be a good fighter to modern 14.3
Half of the top tier roster can already carry these next gen IR missiles but they don’t get them.
So just because the Su-30MKI can also carry them doesn’t mean it would get them in game.
