Yeah, the entire Sub-TT concept is a house of cards destined to fall.
You’d think that this idea of “gameplay variety” would be used to encourage the grinding of multiple TTs and thus the purchase of multiple premium vehicles and not as justification for basically eliminating the need to grind multiple TTs.
At the rate Britain is going with its potential Air TT. The only things we wont have is an F-16 and F-15 and even then. I wouldnt put it past them to find a way
Look at Japan.
Japan is becoming more and more foreign than they have to.
Instead of adding some actual Thai vehicles, they added an M60TTS and M163, which both weren’t even used in their current state.
With the addition of Malaysian and Indonesian vehicles, this TT is going to become even more C&P knowing how Gaijin implements sub-TT’s.
I can name so many fillers they could add for the Japanese ground TT that are domestic and unique, yet none have them have been implemented yet.
The same goes for France. They have soooo many unique domestic vehicles left, yet they desided to add BeNeLux, which could have been an independend TT IMHO.
Or South-Africa. That sub-TT could have been its own standalone TT with some other African countries. Yet it got added to GB and rarely gets a new addition.
Instead of buying some Fortnite maps, buy some models and hire some model makers to actually make tons of new models that are defining a nations military history and development, instead of adding every single export vehicle to a nation as a TT vehicle.
No wonder if you don’t add anything to their ground forces on regular basis.
Or when you add some C&P jet to their top tier lineups.
If they actually gave like 2 tanks and 2 aircraft per update to Japan, or any other nation for that matter. That would already help a ton for increasing the playerbase.
And not just some lazy C&P like 50% of the Thai ground forces - no - some actual domestic vehicles.
Why can they add 6-8 vehicles on average to US, RU and GB per update, but only 1-2 for any other? If they were to actually balance those things out, there would be a more spread out playerbase.
E.G. i grinded the US and France - then Israël got added… i thought… HELL NO, i’m not playing everything again, especially not for the full price of researching and purchasing those vehicles.
I don’t know how to think about a new TT TBH…
The main four nations always get around 5-8 vehicles per update.
And Gaijin usually retains the average of 40 vehicles per update.
Which eventually means that the nations who already lacking in vehicles, are likely to be receiving even less in the future, where it sometimes might happen that no vehicle will be coming at all for certain nations.
