There are no open reports on it. They have all been fixed. Therefor it is complete.
Sadly some elements of any aspect of real life performance may never be 1:1 replicatable in a game to 100% accuracy. But the Tornado has no further outstanding work to be carried out from reports FM wise currently.
So repeating over and over that the FM is incomplete as an outstanding issue, when its been clearly answered several times no further changes can be made, is misleading. Both to yourself and others.
If the Leonidas with the 25mm turret is added, I hope that the YPR-765 PRI/A-IFV C 25 could also make an appearance for BeNeLux, since they practically share the same turret.

is there any plans to add a top BR tank or plane to either India or SA in the tech tree? because as of right now they do nothing to bolster top tier at all which supposedly they were added to fill gaps or capabilities that the UK lacks

India: T-90 Bhishma (10.7) neither of these tanks are high enough to even see top tier never mind actually counting as one
my only issues with the UK subtrees is they completely lack end of the line equipment, the closest you could count is the SA gripen but its heavily outclassed by the EFT (and its worse then other C models due to the R-Darter being terrible vs AMRAAM)

You left out the part where the SA Gripen was the UK top tier for some time and its only viable option as many of the others on out list here.
Sub trees are also not just for top tier additions, but gap filling across the tree. Indeed more Indian and Commonwealth vehicles are planned for the future.

There is nothing to re-report. They have been fixed to as close as the real world performance as possible and therefor have no further possible changes. This has been answered by the devs already.
@Smin1080p_WT btw, you kinda walked arround Thai vehicles designed/made at china both during the community reply & at CM disclose today, I think its important that you allow Thai VT-4 and VN-1C (the ones that started all the chinese community complaint) into the game… now you’re gonna add a US MBT to china (i think everyone can guess its the M1A2T) and i dont see anyone rioting about seeing one of the most advanced vehicles in the US going to China. That should go both ways, and give Thailand those vehicles whenever they were planned.
