We have a chance to obtain the Po-2 every Halloween. We dont have any plans currently for it to be available outside of this and the previous “2-OP” floatplane event.

Not this year, and I don’t think next year. This year they are filling in the existing subtrees and air defense. Next year will introduce the 4++/5 gen jets.
There is a tech tree planned for 2026 though
