As they are maybe, but Gaijin have ways to make them unique.
They could add the upgraded M163 TVADS Super Vulcan with IR tracking replacing the radar, thermal soght and unmanned/optionally manned turret.
For the M60A3 TTS they could give it “WERA” add on armor to make it more unique, or even go all the way and make it the upgraded TIFCS variant.
