Yeah its pretty indicative that KH-38MT was the one thing that was really carrying them at top tier for awhile and really says something about the state of the rest of their vehicles.

I kinda hope that if/when we get the swiss ground subtree they add some of the interesting mowag IFVs and light tanks as they would fit in well around the 7.7-8.7 area imo plus the swiss panzers also exist and would fit nicely around there as well.

There is a reason why the US and USSR tend to trend lower on winrate than every single other nation at every single BR. A combination of being the most popular nations AND often making up a majority of the team.
In a discussion about top tier balance? I wonder why I dont mention lower BRs. Last time I checked whether Shermans vs Tigers was balanced. Is irrelevant for whether Challenger 2 vs Leopard 2A7 was balanced

The stats on the Challies are fine tho they competes with other 12.0’s just fine and you can’t just say “brittish players are just better” they’re not.
I only play China 12.7 GRB the ZTZ99A is also one of the worst tanks in top tier yet i do well in it and dont complain about it.
