Honestly I know the purist will probably be fuming because of this, but it makes so much more sense for the flow of the line. Going from howitzer to light tank to mbt back to light tank and back to MBT again always made little sense.
Hopefully they do something similar for the Hungarian line in the future.

As far as “suffering” goes i would argue the British tree is fairly well off and there are much worse off nations currently.

I could make an incredibly hot take and argue that Russia despite the KH-38 spam and Pantsir is in a far worse state across the board than the British are going by statistics alone but that would be going to far and i am liable to get my head ripped off by certain people. ;p

Like every nation has good and bad BRs, it’s just how the game works at this point.
