Yes, but all land based launchers i ever saw in pictures and videos (even in UKR or Airbases) had just the 12, never had quad packs.

The S-350 is much further from the front, so having such missiles is not a priority. And the description of the missile said that it was mainly for ships)
So the land launcher doesn’t actually have 48 missiles cause the description said the quad-pack is for naval, not necessarily that the missile is naval. I could be wrong but that’s how I read it.

f16I is one of the only few f16s with inbuilt maws system, it has the apg68v9 which has exellent ground mapping resolution at 0.6m^2, the plane has cft’s which would be benificial in the event where gaijin would implemnt larger maps, the plane has a more powerful engine,the plane has acsess to the latest istaeli weapons +us weapons(python5,python4,I-derby,I-derby er,aim120B,aim120C-5,aim120C-7,aim120C-8,rocks albm,rampage missile, delilah,air lora,spice 250 and andpice 250 er + many other munitions in general it would be a more survivable Israeli f16, with a more powerful cas capability and more situational awarness

problem with systems like the S-400 and S-500 is that they are more and more optimized for really long ranges
meaning that they will struggle with anything close by and if i had to guess they have a zone of around 20km in which they cannot hit targets, around the launcher
