Well, in theory. There is probably a limitation in game of only one TEL type, so it would not mix the 2.

As i said, there is most likely a limitation of the game allowing for only one type of launcher in addition to the radar vehicle, or else you could select in TanSAM one launcher full ARH, one full IR without them interfering with eachother. So most likely combination is 1 1 3

can this operate on its own ? but i would assume its ability to spot targets would be significantly reduced.

Yes it can, and yes, it is limited to what the onboard radar can see.

OK. Tough it was like the tor with the guidance/tracking radar
I mean, both Tor and Pantsir have limited search capability, this one will act the same
