Japan doesnt have a 14.0 as well.
So that means we are likely going to see a new Japanese jet in the near future too.
Or they just add AAM-5 to the current ones, but thats no fun.

and from what i heard only the J-10C will be relevant for WT as the J-10B would be more or less a dowgarde from the A
what could happen as well is that China will get the Su-35 whenever russia gets it as they operated that as well and wouldnt be too suprising with gaijins tendecies to copy paste vehicles
If I’m correct, BUK 3 would be longer range than the SLM, but it’s a pretty slow missile. It does have a very big explosive mass so evading it would be quite difficult

If we get super Hornet with an aesa then it definitely will be an interesting plane, very capable at CAS, 12 fox 3s + 2 fox 2s. Might not be the fastest plane but it will have very long battle endurance

The Super Hornet will have the same issues as the current Hornet. It will likely be added at 14.3 where it will just be free food for the EFT/Rafale.
The Hornet (both legacy and super) are just doomed to be mid/below average in WT.

I understand the point, but this paragraph mainly talks about medium term additions (so up to like next June update), so I would put my hopes too high. This is supposed to be one of the « minor » update after all so having just the FA18E would be more likely

the 60km missile is a shorter range IR missile the system can fire
it is also able to fire the 9M96, which has 120km of max range
Idk the acceleration part.
