I wouldn’t really say better, China just exports more. As a whole Thailand tries to balance relations between the major powers (US and China) instead of actively picking a side.
Though I don’t like how Canada is split either. Just pick one place so people can play Canadian lineups and not just “US/UK/DE with some Canadian vehicle in the lineup”

This involved update will cause warthunder to lose a large number of Chinese players. You can release Thai VT4 to the Japanese Tech Tree, but not during the sensitive time of 9.3. Otherwise, Warthunder is very likely to be banned in China (see Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege banned in China, no one is allowed to spread the game).

Gaijin hasn’t officially announced this date. We should wait for official announcement and only then the criticism would make sense.
I can understand this is a sensitive topic for the chinese people but we should wait for official announcement.

It’s not all Chinese vehicles though. It’s more like announcing on Independence day that some commonwealth M1 Abrams is being added to UK, which I doubt many would care about.
Still, personally, I’d say if the date is such an issue it can just be released later, and this update they can fill in with a quick Indonesian Leopard 2A4 instead. It’s an easy copy to make outside of their current planning and can still work as premium.

Except by Algeria which very ouch, everything else has an base and has some sense behind. And I won’t support soviet slop into the French tech tree, fewer tech trees with actual original content at higher battle rating and this should remain unchanged.

Yeah, please change it. The Rising sun was never even the national flag, it’s just unnecessary.
Instead it should be the modern day flag
Sidenote, VT-4 is Thai, so it gets the Thai flag no matter what
