As an enthusiast for reporting ground vehicles I must say the Harry Hopkins hasn’t got many reports (barring those by the excellent @nathanclawfish) because A. I haven’t got around to it, and B. There’s very little public information on it which meets the required standard of proof.
The PM.Knight book on Alecto and HH, while probably the best avaiable material on the two, is liable to be dismissed as a secondary source.
I can tell you now for example it has the wrong engine and is missing important internal details, but without primary sources it will remain in its current state. Interesting how the HH and many other vehicles are consistently implemented with glaring inaccuracies by Gaijin, which must then be corrected by the community, who are held to for all intents and purposes a higher standard than the developer who introduced the vehicle in the first place.

It is not bugged. There is no realistic implementation of laser LDIRCM in the game yet, but it may be implemented in the future. The suggestion supported by reliable sources has already been filed on the internal bug tracker.

Why would the coverage not be bugged? It can blind missiles through the helicopter body. This should be something possible to fix with only basic coverage angles, that are already in game.

I wonder why they add it as premium…
Unless there is some other nation (Indonesia?), the VT-4 is the best tank of the subtree. It’s not top tier material, but compared to the Oplot with 3BM42 it’s a bit better.
And even if it’s not and Oplot gets some better round, is a premium spot worth the controversy? I’d get if it was needed for the tree, but this is a bit weird to me.
