Britian easily has twice the available vehicles for ground mode alone and even has its South Afirca subtree’s in both Air and Ground. Yall can easily make lineups all the while Japan has to make due with a 1-3 vehicle lineup of not good vehicles

If you dont have HOBS like magic II, R-73, R-77 or MICA EM. its a minor thing.
Sure its a nice QoL feature, but without HOBS you can make do with just radar ACM modes. Which the F-2 has with its AESA radar.
Sure, would be nice if the F-2 got HMD, but its not exactly gunna suffer without it for now.
