That’s not an excuse though that is called gate keeping just too sell another product, we now have WW1 via the H.P.12.
I don’t have the money nor wanting to get VR as they make me sick, we have those aircraft ingame please make them obtainable.

TBF I like using archangel mosin in PVE, its expensive but always gets returned, but the base mosin is cool as well

Yeah it’s a stupid decision. Hopefully they change their mind and let us keep everything but given how stubborn Gaijin can be I am losing hope.
Either we keep the other aircraft from this event (SPAD, Fokker, hell even the Zeppelin) or we get a re-run with more aircraft when Aces of Thunder releases since apparently that is what is controlling WW1 aviation in War Thunder. Gate-keeping content to sell another product is just awful. Aces of Thunder shouldn’t need WW1 to be one of the main selling points, being a VR port it’s main selling point should be the VR itself.

@Smin1080p_WT Hey smin, given this does not specify the event mission, does normal naval RB/AB count towards the progress as well?
If we never get WW1 fighters, I recommend ti you; Rise of Flight. Free to play, Albatros D.Va and a SPAD are free, other planes are very cheap. You won’t be disappointed

@Smin1080p_WT for example the mark 5 with 2 guns its pretty hard to move between the gun sights so you could aim better with the other side any plans to make it more seamless, like moving your mouse on the left side for example and it would start using that sides gun sight?

I do hope we get our own WW1 air update though we a tech tree split like blue-water and coastal.
That way tech tree spacing isn’t an issue.
Yeah the main selling point of Aces of Thunder is VR not WW1 dedicated game. That’s like gate keeping the P-51C-10 because it must come out first to milk the community more to only fly the razorbacks.
