One of my hope for the HF-24 is that it’s be 7.7 or 8.3 range so I can have a running mate with the Vijayanta.
Second one is with this being the earliest variant I hope we get to see one impermanent in the tree either as tech tree or premium

should have been in before the F18 how it should have gone F-14A → F-14B →
F-14D → F/A-18A → F/A-18C

eh F/A-18A coudlve come before the D. but unfortunately thats not what happened. since its been a while since USA got an F-16 and F-2 may come, i think an F-16 might come to the US next update

Thats fine But F-14D needs to be added same update its already DOA
and there adding the F2A which isnt its best missile the AIM-7
proof? there are later variants with AAM-4. would be nice if both came

I’ll be frank, this is the kind of thing I mean when people are extremely hostile to Indian stuff, I really doubted it was because “not unique” lol
It was also pretty visible in this thread too yesterday (though i had not played in a while so couldnt comment).
Its rather sad really. As for your comment on Tejas, 1000% I can say I bet the first commentary will be (if I played games) myself and a couple people going “LETS GOOOO!” and a deluge of “ew india why not x y z South African/Aussia/Canadian/Brit plane even if copy-pasted from another TT like Hornets”.
And yeah, I cant wait to use it with the Vijayanta, even if I have to uptier it/the Vickers mk1 a bit. I suspect it will be more likely an 8.7 plane unless gaijin is cool for us with GRB lower BR given lack of ground attack computers/missiles.
I mean Smin said it was the MK.I variant so no missiles no afterburners so just guns, up to 4K of bombs and Rockets. So yeah it’s defo would be in the BR 8 slot either at 0.3 or 7.
Either way having 4x1,000 will be sweet though as you can kill quiet a few tanks with them.
Also its matra pod, iirc it carries the same matra pod the French planes like to carry (along with others but I forget) which fires like 5 rockets at a time.

Ohh interesting, like I’ve said I hope we get to see more since there are like 4 variants they can add.
As long i can get my hands on this one, i wont care how it gets implemented.
I just want my M4A3 (75) W as i find it one of the best looking shermans.
Thats why i like Hermann the German Sherman so much since it is the closesd in terms of looks to this one (mainly because of the removed mud guards, i hate these so much)

I think HF-24 shouldn’t be locked as an event, it’s a far too important vehicle that would be part of the main tree had India been a nation. So with that it basically just proves one of my main issues with Gaijins subtrees.
But calling it not unique is just stupid, it’s probably just a phrase so derived of meaning they just use it for any vehicle they don’t personally care for.

Yeah true, I hope they actually do that.
Though it’s probably just that the tree at that rank is already pretty full, so they just add it as an event because “there won’t be an Indian line anyways”. Which is something I really dislike, even if they’d technically be somewhat right as the game is now without some big changes to tech trees in general.

Sadly its never going to be possible to satisfy each opinion on the matter.
We added a unique jet in a previous event and we had comments such as:
The next event was then a minor variant of an existing airframe, with some visual differences and then the comments become:
And now we come to the current event, which is a new aircraft entirely that doesn’t remove any specific gameplay or key domestic options to its host tree and some of the comments are:
But, after all, this is exactly why we have a range of events, spanning from variants of existing vehicles to unique new vehicles too. Everyone gets a shot at some point at something they like and can look forward too :)
