Yeah, afaik the only nations to have used F-35 in combat are US, UK, and Israel
Combat has got nothing to do with additions as long it’s been proven it can fly or drive and shoot it can be added. The F-35 should be added to all nations at the same time regardless, yes that does mean US, UK, Germany, France (BeNeLux), Japan, Israel, Italy, Sweden ect

Was floated as F-35A is cheaper and currently there is no production backlog on B model(as UK refuses to pay to build F35B domestically we must share timescales with USMC, even though the contract states we have domestic production rights).
When domestic industry participation is considered its equal pricing and unless the UK was to switch to the superior F136 Engine and have RR make it there would be no manufacturing share for RR which isn’t great given we want to prop them up as much as possible so they remain one of the big 2 engine manufacturers.
Only sacrifice is capability as A has better carriage capability and bay size and if the UK MoD cared they would’ve bought F35C and actually invested in the QE carriers.

Literally 35% a British plane across design and manufacturing and LM have even suggest potentially more what are you even saying dude. Also what stealth jet would they get.

Yeah, the issue with the F136 is that it was more unproven and although it had more potential, it just as easily could’ve become another issue with F-35

Indeed but might’ve been a good investment for the UK had they picked A or C model but B would be subpar with or without. I will also say that the leaked JPO memos explicitly state one of the reasons they chose F135 over F136 was because it was a wholly US engine whereas F136 was more UK biased.

We haven’t received any yet and won’t until next year at the earliest. Meaning until then Germany has no stealth jets to be added. Which IIRC makes Germany the only nation in game that can’t receive a stealth fighter currently, tho I’m unsure if Finland has received any yet
Italy could have the Brazilian Centauro II as a squad vehicle, and the Iveco Guarani is also a possibility.

they could literally just give Germany one because the order has been confirmed again by the new government
there’s almost no chance that they won’t enter service
however, I doubt we’ll see them soon because there is like still a whole gen of Missiles that we could get before jumping another tech Milestone
I hope so, because without them, Chinese aircraft can’t really defend themselves against modern AA systems.
Locations aside (it was made by GE too and based on YF120) , i do think the F135 was the right decision since it’s still a pretty good engine and probably more reliable

Looks to be British C&P early, then more American. Though to be honest, you can very easily mitigate w/ a subtree. The proposed ground tree starts from Rank 4, so it’d look more like this;
Still way less C&P than Israel, and leaves a lot of doors open for other nations (SKorean subtree (NKorea to China), Israeli modifications as event/prem, Modifications done by Turkey for other nations, etc.)
Though honestly I don’t really mind how Turkey comes to the game, as long as all of its super cool vehicles are in the game in some way!!
