Yes. R-37 is a threat, even at greater ranges than the Aim-120D or Meteor could be fired at, but both the Aim-120D and Meteor are far far more dangerous weapons when they get within range
It should, but in theory only at shorter ranges. if its pulling more Gs at longer ranges then its also bleeding more energy
i doubt it would be pulling many g at long range until it gets much closer to target
The likely “justification” for it comes from this defection flight of a MiG-25P that landed in Japan.
It was under the jurisdiction of Japan the entire time thus making it more of a captured aircraft by war thunder standards. Could be a event vehicle.
Arent they kind of done with captured stuff? Imo it has a largely negative impact on the game especially going into cold war and modern era

Beats me. The last captured vehicle for Japan was the premium P-51 a little back. If they decide to add it its up to them. But still a very historical event for both U.S and even Japan as it led to things like F-4EJ Kai down the line, F-15J purchase and more better all weather radar installations.
Idk, personally I think it can be honored with a Belenko’s MiG-25 skin for the USSR MiG-25 (it was a Soviet one after all)
