Grom-1 is closer to a ballistic weapon defined by the source (like basically every other boost bomb in game) since it has a short boost phase and then unpowered trajectory.
1st of all the developers called it a cruise missile themselfs
2nd of all the grom-1 dosent have a ballistic flight trajectory
