Given the stance US players have on this subject no, the US doesn’t need Norways model, they have their own vehicles they could add. Additionally NASAM High mobility is very unlikely since it carries Aim 9x also

Didnt Raytheon do something with the NASAMS 3?
They have a separate project looking into it. Raytheon and Kongsberg work together a lot on different projects especially guided munitions.

Alright. Does this mean the SLAMRAAM Humvee won’t come to the US even though it uses an American vehicle with American missiles?

No it still will just like the ADATS.
I didn’t say that, Slamraam would go to the US but the NASAM HML which is the later model would not go to the US, Norway would just have both the 2011 model from when the US dropped the project, which both nations would get this model, and the NASAM HML would be exclusive to Norway. Its not a huge difference outside of the pylons being modified.

Though iirc Slamraam tested it also. I think the only difference was new electronics and turret drive alongside a new datalink for the HML. Again the differences should be essentially so miniscule i doubt gaijin will bother adding HML.
Again the project is to have a fast platform for quick Anti air, they still require a towed radar, well not for the 9X iirc

A bunch of gun & stinger AA put on Humvees, JLTV, Stryker, etc
It’s not modeled but all variants of the Aim-120 should be able to be fired pitbulled

Eh, i mean you might be able to tow it, the problem is the vehicle wasn’t designed to tow the radar. The vehicle essentially carriers the missiles to distant position fast while staying linked to a radar which is tower by another truck.
It allows for the radars to stay at distance and allow for the missiles to change positions at any time.

Its like the buk, it is fully operational on itself, though you need to push the eyeball mk1 EOTS to its extreme for the missiles to be used at their maximum capabilities

Seems like Humvee can tow and power the AN/MPQ-64A1 radar. Maybe you could drop the radar off somewhere if you wanted to?
