Next Major Update - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion (Part 1)

Well, gotta include the Tejas Mk1A as well then

Gaijin decided maps are not important for the gameplay loop

It does, at first I thought december was a bit early but when you think about it, what else could be added for the biggest update of the year? There’s literally no other new airframes.
Plus, 4th Gens have been in game for 3 years now.

I think we need more than just polish, but rather the next variants. Like a CAPTOR-E equipped Typhoon.

Im fairly certain they’ve forgotten ASB even exists at this point, on the grounds we still havent gotten any new ASB brackets

You will take your copy-paste cheetah/indian mig and you will like it ./s

I’m all for it, Typhoon Tranche 4 would be the best one right?

I would love a Cheetah
The MiGs and Sukhois can burn in hell though

Yeah, for the most part.

Tranche 3/3A would suffice, I believe

2026 then ;)

Carrier-based russian 4th gen or 4.5 gen fighter aircraft, or the early lightweight 4.5 gen fighter aircraft for researchable tree

RAAF, RCAF and RMAF ?

The early active radar homing surface-to-air missile (SAM) for NATO standard ?

I mean, there’s at least a couple of airframes. But I agree, in terms of top-tier fighters, there are just variants to add at this point until we move to gen 5.

Don’t forget Swiss hornets

I’m glad they added two more maps to the 10.7+ ARB pool, but damn, would it really that big of an ask to have some of the current ones taken out of the rotation for a while?
I’m getting tired of Spain and Golan and as much as I liked seeing Mysterious Valley being added, playing on that map every second match made it pretty tiresome really quickly

I see we’re already aiming for Part 2 by the end of the day.

So,

More US Hornets for the US
More FIN ones for Sweden
Swiss for Germany
Canadian and Australian for UK
Thai and Malaysian for Japan.

Any more I’m missing (out of possible ones for future updates)?
