Honestly sad the event includes no ARH or EW.
I like the lack or markers for enemies, makes it so planes can actually hide.
Also a real shame the aircraft are so limited. Would have been fun to try it in proper strike aircraft like the Jag or Tornado

Anyone think the next major update focus will be SEAD and new SAM systems like Patriot and S-300?
Probably
I doubt such strong SAM systems, but a moderately good chance that either June or September will add SAMs like S-75, SLAMRAAMs, skysabre, etc (and other 20 to 50km SAM systems)
Not the very next update, I really doubt it.

Its a main feature of most 4.5 gen fighters, realistically the NG is the only Gripen that should have been here when the EFT/Rafale were added.
