Next Major Update - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion (Part 1)

great to see that some random russian ice hockey player gets an event with multiple decals and profile picture while most ingame nation get only a decal and some overpriced fomo vehicles for a limited time

When did the Canadian player set his record btw? It could’ve just been that game was new or didn’t exist when that happened

Wayne Gretzky is still alive and ice hockey is at least 150 years old

Well yeah I know but Alexander Ovechkin broke the record very recently. Which is why I ask when Wayne Gretzky did it

Wayne Gretzky, also known as “The Great One”, scored 894 goals over his 20 year career, which ended in 1999.
So it’s been an unbeatable record for 26 years.

But yeah, hockey was invented supposedly in 1875.

No wonder it’s such a big deal Ovechkin broke the record then.

Well, what is the connection between Ice Hockey and WT tho?

Hockey is pretty popular in russia iirc

Exactly, he’s been on the same American team since 2004, so he broke the record after 21 years of playing Hockey.

Which was almost deemed impossible at the time. Even with the new record, Gretzky still holds 55 NHL records, 2,857 total points and 1,963 assists, the latter of which is more than anyone else has in goals and assists combined

Hockey is popular in Canada, the US, Russia, Sweden, and Finland.

Russian player, Russian devs

Idk, but free decals and the celebration of a record that was held for 26 years and done by a Russian, hence Gaijin’s celebration.

As a Canadian, I aint complaining

Just seems weird that a company that tries so hard to detach itself from Russia to celebrate something completely irrelevant to their games.

Dude is more than 20 years in the US, isnt he? Cant even consider him russian anymore being that long in another country

Forget about that guy, Gordie Howe will always be number one (~ ̄▽ ̄)~

You know how people are, when it comes to national pride the place of birth is more important than the team, agency or whatever they work with/for or the duration that they’ve been away from their place of birth.
Like, I’m pretty sure most people would call Arnie an Austrian rather than an American

So many mistakes in the word Australia…

Or, @F-16D_Barak_II could look at our sheet. :)

Of course it’s not directly applicable to bug reports, but at least you don’t have to test everything, and only have to gather evidence on the broken ones.

Now that the Great War is over, maybe the O/400 will get some of it 's unused larger bombs:

They would’ve been overkill in the event w/ no SPAA, but now that that 's over they’re normal for the BR range that can see the Stuka already.

These would be cool, but the need to find an OEM so that the bomber can shoot over the tail area and not be fighter bait is still going to be a major issue for it sadly. (I mean really, who is going to be able to find an OEM about that lol, even the designs for the rail systems in the manuals/building instructions for smaller more produced planes were iffy for the time and varied in if followed or not)

Only thing I can find close to talking firing arcs is about the V1500 and it needing a tail redesign because it would block firing over the rear area too much, doubt its enough for gaijin.
