The MiG-29UPG is basically a SMT, it wouldn’t be 12.7. They later on upgraded their UPGs to carry a Zhuk-ME (upgraded N010) radar and more advanced missiles.
India did operate MiG-29 9.12Bs tho, which would fit at 12.7

I don’t want to see any of their Soviet stuff.
Their domestic stuff (Arjun, Marut, Rudra, Prachand, etc) and their imported British stuff (Sea Harrier, Jaguar, Gnat/Ajeet, Hunter, etc) is fine, but the Soviet stuff should either be added to the USSR tree or a standalone Indian tech tree (or a Israel subtree, I suppose lol)

Part of the upgrades between the F3D-1 and F3D-2 was fitting more powerful engines which would increase the F3Ds top speed to up to 910km/h. That puts it a lot closer to the 8.0 planes.
It has 4 guns and up to 4 Sparrow Is, which may not be great, but neither are the Fireflashes.
I can’t see a potential F3D-2M being lower than 8.3 considering what kind of armament and speed the average 8.0 plane gets
