Next Major Update - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion (Part 1)

Don’t forget AP rounds with 6mm of penetration for 7.62 NATO

SLAP-T vs this BMP full of infantry

If only SLAP rounds actually fed nicely instead of somehow jamming a single shot 50 BMG rifle…

Aren’t they meant for M2 and GAU-19 though?

Sad news guys. We wont be getting beer bombs for the Spitfire MkIX. The infantry is going to be very disappointed by this news

I stand corrected there, may be a SLAP round in service, although I have yet to confirm sources

Seriously speaking I can’t wait to see what animations infantry will have, so far WT human models have rather poor animations unfortunately.

There has been since the 80’s iirc

The trailer ones looked pretty good

huh, guess I just be uneducated about such things. Coolio.

Edit: yep from what I can tell looking at a looong document, 2 SLAP rounds in use for the M2

Meanwhile A-1H players risking life and limb, to finally fulfill their destiny of deploying tactical lavatories to the grunts on the line.

Yeah, that was something I included in the suggestion, that whilst its of little value vs tanks, we have other weapons in game for the joke of it

Another funny addition would be those wooden munitions.

Brits casually watching Jerry build a wooden dummy airfield, only upon its completion to drop a wooden bombs on it.

Masterclass in trolling.

I’m rereading it and it says there will be a large scale closed beta…. that means they will be testing it and possibly adding it. Unless every april fools update has a large scale beta

Medieval thunder, yes, please!

It’s not the first time they used the word testing.

Can you send some where it mentions a large scale beta test coming later after the event? I’m want to compare them.
