I mean, to get the 81 elevation It takes Pantisr 8s (8 beams 10 degree each) to scan it whole. So that is at least something.
Just remove it at this point. Refund everyone the SL and RP who got it.

What about the Tan-Sam with only 6km all-aspect IR missles. Which is at 11.3.
And the heatsignature is to low for helicopters to be locked-on reliably from 2.5km+.

Russian bias like air RB where the SU-27 and MiG-29 SMT have bad flight models and the R-77 is objectively the worst medium range ARH missile.

Also like, people keep bringing up Rapier and it’s derivatives, but that’s only a 8km missile and relies on optical tracking. OSA is objectively better with a radar lock and 10.5km missiles.

Pantsir should not be removed from the game, instead new spaas should be added for other nations. Because the new CAS jets being added into the game can easily deal even with the Pantsir

Is a bad take, pantsir could quite easily be swapped out for a Tor M1/2 and have the RP/SL reimbursed, only people losing here are people who do not believe in balance and want to serve a superiority complex
According to Gaijin, theres not much for other nations. So either buff every existing top tier SPAA to the same level, or remove it. And I would prefer to just see it go.

They do not take the beam width into account tho, so things like OSA, Pantsir and Tor are missing a degree or two.

Kh-38 and R-27ER. Strella missiles immediately going after targets while everyone else takes a second or two to start tracking. Magical ERA that stops long darts like they were made of tissue paper.

Can carry =/= can use. FCS is limited to 12
F-16C, F-15E, JAS-39C, AH-129D, EC Tigers, all of them can take out the Pantsir with no effort at all. Not even talking about future aircrafts

R-27ER is semi active though, means in a straight fight between that and an AMRAAM the AMRAAM wins, look Russia might be great in ground battles but in air they are sub par which pretty well debunks any claims of bias
All of these aircraft and helicopters are immediately visible to the Pantsir the momemt they spawn in. So no, thats not true. They have to go defense immediately.
