At least in real life, there is a big difference.
1493 is 200mm larger in diameter compared to 1473 on J-10A, and it uses three times more power. It has almost twice the amount of search range, and can give datalink for six ARH missiles.
It’s the most capable airborne Chinese radar for fighters short of later AESA arrays. J-11B was able to overwhelm J-10B’s PESA radar in DACT exercises.

Poland had lots of British things.
There were entire Polish divisions and squadrons fighting alongside the BA / RAF.
(Hence why I think it would be silly to put Poland into Germany - When all their WW2 era content was used against Germany lol)
