Not compared to the m8.
Two tone blue is amazing but we’ll get that on the F-2. I’m half grinding the AJ just to use the flowers camo.
The J-11B has a much better PD radar, better engines, and Chinese missiles.
The J-10B has a better engine, better aerodynamics, a PESA radar, and, probably, PL-8Bs.
Is this the one that’s like a Python-3 with IRCCM?
with J11B and J10B, need contemporary F-15C with AN/APG-63v3 and BOL, and F-16E blk 60 with AN/APG-80, as well as F-2 with J/APG-1. Block 2 super hornet as well
Yup
Damn. That’ll be crazy good.
Me with the F-2 in general:
Spoiler
Yes please, I have been waiting for a year now for it.
Air really made a mad dash in terms of capabilities. We went from the F-15A to the MSIP II to the F-15E within a year, all of which were pretty big leaps in capabilities.
Meanwhile it took 4 years to go from the M1A2 to the SEPv1 to the SEPv2, which are hardly any improvements over eachother.
I whant is
MSIP II to E isnt as big of a change for air, and does offer pretty similar capabilities to F-16C in ground though it can carry more and is faster
Germany is not getting poland and the Abrams Sweden trialed is nowhere near a SEPv3. Iirc it’d just ba a base M1A2.
with worse armor too lol
To be fair, like I mentioned a while back, ground is really ahead in terms of tech and air needed to play catchup. Hence why we’re leapfrogging to current gen 4.5. I doubt Gaijin wants to get tangled into Gen 5 yet so I think after this update we’ll see more QoL and ground/naval focus. Assuming this update actually adds the missing gen 4.5s not in the list.
It’s about time they introduce it, alongside EFT, J10B, Rafale and such…
If only they knew the damage they would do…
F-15E vs MSIP II is still a much bigger difference for air than SEPv2 vs SEPv1 was for ground though.
Yet it only took them ~4/5 months to add the 15E after the MSIP II, while it took them over a year to add the SEPv2 after the SEPv1 lol.
yeah now with all those set to be added they sort of opened the floodgates for every US upgraded 4th gen short of anything past mid 2010s
Not really.
