Spain had them, but i think it was only the sea launched ones.
All the electronics for the Penguins were stored in the pylons, so it would have been possible for the Typhoons to carry it. However, ive never heard of any such tests.

euro copter, mi-24, bo hot-3, uh-1d, sa-313
but need more helis, actually im tired of this preset lol
