Why? 1 jet and 1 prop is the bare minimum the US Aircraft Tree should get per Major patch given the number of Production, Service Use aircraft it has access to.
Otherwise we end up with things like the F11F-1 and F4D-1 as event vehicles, which have no place being there.
what and it should always stay top of the meta and not let others catch up?

If I had a nickel every time a Kongo-Class ship has been an event vehicle, I would have two nickels…

Gaijin have said in the past that the US will get the hornet when it’s first introduced / no nation will get it before the US does
For me ist about to get the Swiss tech tree ;-) I am not interested in the EFT

F-18C wouldn’t be meta, F-15C/E would still be superior platforms due to being airforce rated rather than low-speed carrier rated.
F-18C would be hilarious to use and overall lovely of course.

Funny how the US must be in the meta at all cost but if a minor nation like Britain ask for something it’s always You have the Tornado deal with it lol
