Im not entirely opposed but I do realize im overreacting based on early leaks but its still frustrating
it’s strange that BMD-4M is a prem, a pure IFV, not something like autogun vehicle or strange prototype. it’s unreasonable to make it prem rather than TT

I don’t understand how Americans want F-18 when they already have F-15C MSIP II and F-15E.
With that said, I have F-15JM and the Thai sub tree to look forward to as Gaijin works on giving equivalents to my F-15JM to all other tech trees that don’t currently have an equivalent.
Maybe people are right to call F-2 and F-15JM the same BR capable, maybe they’re not.
All I know is if they’re right, it is indeed a sidegrade to F-15JM; and if they’re incorrect, then I will continue my patience for the last to grind Japanese aircraft, and have no unspaded vehicles of Japan ever again.

I’m more concerned that people are calling F-2 “F-15JM equivalent” by stating it should be added alongside the F-15JM equivalents in the leak list.
I am not convinced at this time that F-2 is.
But does it have reduced rcs?
Not equivalent per se more like perfect counterpart same missle count but less ARHMs but superior flight performance
Eh I think the linebacker and booker would be pretty mediocre too in game.
One is just a worse lav-ad and the other is just a worse Abrams in game.
I will give you 4 reasons I believe they would want it.
- F-18 is very different than the F15s and can fill many cliché rolls
- It is something new and exciting
- It is a new naval aircraft that has a giant name for itself which makes it popular
- We want the new weaponry and capabilities it’ll bring
Finally It won’t be overpowered in the current game because it wouldn’t be a super hornet, I honestly think it would be a great addition and there’s no reason to leave it out because they already have something else
