It depends entirely on what you want to do with your plane. If you want to conduct CAS strikes, or do true multirole CAS and CAP, the F-15E is the better choice. If you want to do long range high alt BVR combat, the F-15E is the better choice. If you want to get into a knife fight down low, a lightly loaded Hornet is probably a better choice, although there’s also the F-16C as an alternative. Don’t get me wrong, the Hornet should be very good still, it’s just the F-15E is already a monster when it comes to pure load it can carry and probably the more “meta” plane IMO, even if the F/A-18C can carry more AMRAAMs (It becomes an absolute bus like that)

TWR of .98 75% fuel 10 AMRAAMs and 2 AIM-9s and with 100% fuel its TWR is still .94

And still has the same time to climb as an F-16C while having 4 more AIM-120s and 2x AIM-9s.
That’s static thrust, which matters for takeoff, but climb cares more about at-speed thrust.

Yesterday I uploaded a few images of a list, and based on the text it was implied to be a “leak” list. Its not. It’s a simple wishlist me and a few others helped to make in an attempt to bait MatAWG & TEC to see if they would make a video on it. I am displeased to report that sadly:
we didn’t gettem (yet). Maybe holidays have em busy loooool. Quite surprised, since I’ve seen them take the bait on lower quality lists haha!

I really wish y’all would stop jumping at these things the moment “leak” lists like these present themselves. Ik y’all trying to make a living of YT spam posting, but if something’s as blatantly fake as this, then y’all shouldn’t be spreading misinformation knowingly (Yes, I’m aware that I’m also spreading misinformation, but I’m correcting that spread of misinformation now. I’m also calling them out for doing this in the past, present, and potentially the future. I’m also not doing this for any attention/clout or any kind of gain, as I gain nothing from making this list nor intended to.

We also wanted to see how many people would be willing to fall for a realistic looking list that had minor flaws historically if someone was to look deeper into it (cough, F-20 Aim-120, cough). The list is simply comprised of vehicle myself and others found by looking at the lists of suggested and considered vehicles on the suggestion section of this forums and the old one. There were some last minute mistakes that slipped past me (such as the T-72B3“M” lacking the M that designated it as being fit with the “Arena-M” APS, the 10TP being designated in the wrong tree mistakenly, and MiG-21-93 Bison’s radar being incorrectly suggested as modified). I tried to make temporary coverups for these so the believability would remain enough so that TEC and Mat may get around to making a video on it after all lol. The parallel to Swiss and polish vehicles I made (which included a typo causing Smin to respond) was nothing realistically, just a way to make it seem believable. Same with the T-72 and MiG-21 coverups lol.
I encourage everyone who had even the slightest belief that a simple wishlist posted as a discord message was an actual leak list to use caution in the future when it comes to believing/trusting “leak lists”. I advise everyone here to only believe/trust reliable WT update leaks from the appropriate leakers, such as the almighty and all knowing Gzabi, Baidu, and Olivia. Whenever you see a simple list, such as mine, with none of those names attached to it, it is very likely 99.9% fake.

(To all the Naval players I scared with the mention of the Yamato, I’m sorry but it was just too funny not to add xD. Also the other blacked out naval mentions were literally blank and empty, no vehicles were under the spoilers lmao.
To all the IS-7 owners scared by the idea of a squadron IS-7, not sorry :). Putting it there was totally worth it to see y’all lucky owners (and big wallet warriors) panik, mwahaha!!)
I personally won’t be making any more “leaks” in the future lol, took me like 4-5hrs just to make this list feel as realistic as possible (I blame ADHD for doubling how long it might have taken lmao) and I still even made some errors. Hopefully anyone who was gullible enough to believe this won’t believe any similar ones in the future, and be more cautious when trusting leaks. Thanks to my friends who helped me make it, was extremely fun coming up with vehicles for the list and seeing community reactions. See y’all around soon (as I hear @gszabi99 is cooking up something coming very very Soon™, well that was quick as it’s already here! 👀).
This was quite the interesting experiment, and I hope no one’s too disappointed about some of these additions being fake (sorry @TheAceOfAces for teasing you with a second list including a top tier SPAA for Israel, I know I’m pulling your heartstrings over here hahaha!) (And also sorry to the Brit’s who thought they would be eating well with the hornets this update lol).
Reminder
Just because it was on this fake list doesn’t mean it’s not coming, we may very well see vehicles such as the RDF/LT, Su-33, F/A-18A/C this upcoming update as they were mentioned in Gzabi’s datamines, who knows!
