start with ww1 subs and it should be fine
That would help with their balance vs other things. But less so the balance of other things vs them.
Subs are either going to be DOA and virtually pointless to play (like trying to bring a slow bomber to an ARB match) or totally OP and everyone will hate them

I think it will be situational. Sometimes if the enemy team has some players doing ASW then it will be hard for the subs but if the enemy doesnβt well then they are in for torpedos
God I hope they give Britain even some of our ASW capabilies.

Hedgehogs are in WT already, it is just on a matilda. But yeah, since it is British, would be unsurprising to have hedgehog launchers on American ships instead of British. Well, there arent even 6crh APCBC for the 15-in yet, which is supposed to be the selling point of naval: big cannon big boom.
