The type 81 cant see shit and the type 87 cant hit anything so let the two work together. And give the type 87 a radar assist kill for helping the type 81 or something. And the type 87 can defend the type 81 from other ground units to. Encourage team play between japanese players to boot as well
That also includes other modern spaa without radar
thats it, that would solve most problems with multiple vehicle setup.

We did see more South African helicopters in the other leak so that is promising
