I would find it incredibly unlikely to be the F-14D as the leak stipulates “end of the line” but the naval fighter line would still have the Super Hornets and the F-35C to add down the line.

That would only leave the F/A-18C to finish off the AV-8B Plus line (which i believe is most likely because the F/A-18 replaced the A7s) or the F-111 line.

I wish… at least there are SOME MBTs here lmao.

It practically feels like we haven’t got any since December 2023… (back when 2A7s, 122B+, 90M, 3 (TD) and SEPv2 were implemented).

Also Israel really needs SPYDER.

Just basic foliage like trees and bushes reworked would take the game way ahead tbh.
And by that i mean both for air and ground

Honestly though, I’d rather they properly decompress the current top MBTs before adding more. No more 2A7V/Strv 122 counterparts until they’re separated properly (+0.7, ideally) from vehicles like the Challenger 2s and Arietes.

Mid Ranks could still do with lots of fleshing out for a lot of trees.

Agreed! The vehicle 3D models are very good (except for the “first-gen” ones, which are outdated and gradually being reworked), and the vehicle textures are nice ever since the upscaled ones became the new standard.

The biggest weaknesses in terms of visual quality are lighting/enviornmental “feel” and foilage and enviornment assets and textures (for example, flat rock textures on the floor) indeed.

I wish lmao

Wait, crazy idea.

What if the “end of line” doesn’t mean “top tier” like we think but where a line ends?

As it could go where a line break is like rank 1 is now or where other line breaks are.

Tho that is impossible as Gajijn hates TT WW2 stuff, we are lucky we are seeing two new ones for ground this year that aren’t premium and events.

Why does France need a T34-85, and why does America need a T-90?

Stuff like that makes me wish that you didn’t have to grind out a vehicle in one TT that you have unlocked in another.

I don’t get it, sorry. I see no issue with F-14D being end of line vehicle for an update or two before super hornet is added eventually. Just because “end-of-line” is surpassed at some point doesn’t mean it can’t be “end of line” for a brief time

East German T-55 would be kinda nice, ngl
Ideal 8.7 candidate even

Smin has already said that no nation will get the Hornet before the US does, so it’ll likely be a simultaneous thing.

The rest of this is just me waffling on, feel free to ignore.

Spoiler

Also idk if the “no-one will play it cause Typhoon is better” argument works, like sure it might not be a metamobile but I imagine it’ll be much preferred over the F-4F ICE in the period before EFT arrives (and afterwards ofc, ICE is quite unpopular afaik), and as it’ll likely have a lower BR than the EFT so people might use it for matchmaker reasons, or because they like the aircraft.

For example, there’s objectively no reason to play the SHar FA.2 at 13.0 or Tornado F.3 at 13.3 when the Gripen C is available at 13.7, and the two other planes will be pulled into the 13.7/14.0 games anyways. But people still fly out both of those planes in ARB and ASB because they want to use them.

As a side note, not adding aircraft because another aircraft will outperform it later down the line could be used to argue against every addition except the absolute most modern and powerful jet for each nation.

The leak specifically states “end-of-the-line” so I’m assuming that wording means it will be the last vehicle ever added to the line.

End of line just means last vehicle in the branch, right now the CR3 (TD) is end of line but with the previous vehicles being 12.0 now I imagine that’s going to be changing.

I don’t think it’s reasonable to make that inference, as “end-of-the-line” is just what we call the vehicle at the bottom of a tech tree

Either that or what is the best IFV / light tank the US could reasonably get right now?
