It makes me sad because the US won’t get the only jet I can call C&P or the UK getting the CF-188 or RAAF F/A-18 as both are F/A-18A variants, not F/A-18Cs.

They’d probably increase the RP cost per vehicle though, so the grind would remain similar.
the only reason to skip F/A-18A I can think of is to get to stealth quicker which I don’t think is necessary especially given that fox-3s implementation wasn’t the biggest success and could still do with a bit of tinkering

I hope they don’t do it; but even if they did, I would prefer it to the current scheme.
Grind time would remain similar, but I would start off with vehicles that I enjoy playing from the get go!
Big downside is the risk for good WW2 machines to have comically high requirements, like they did with Coastal vessels when they split the Naval trees.

There is no shortage of weapons in the CN itself, the CN has an abundance of military equipment, enough to fill the TT, however, it is lacking a lot so far.
At the same time, JP is in dire need of subtrees and has no vehicles to join
These vehicles are better suited to the TT of the JP
As for CN, TT needs to be re-planned, and now there are many unreasonable places in both the air and the ground. Regarding the sub-tree, it is more reasonable to say that North Korea, Pakistan, Laos, Myanmar… And not the countries of Southeast Asia, which use a lot of Western weapons…
I played 9 TTs at the same time, including CN and JP, and I was unhappy with this “leak”, which disrupted the TTs of both countries at the same time:
CN doesn’t need these, and there are better and more reasonable options
JP needs these very much, and the choice is not plentiful
Obviously, if this “leak” is true, I think … Tightening the lid requires adjusting the strategy…
Or…
After Indonesia/Singapore enters CN, vehicles from Pakistan continue to be issued to CN’s TT.
At the same time, give JP vehicles from the Philippines and Malaysia, which can fill the gap in the air and the ground at the same time.

it not like a plan, since Ukraine is part of USSR, these vehicles should be there at that time. but the war made it not so good to put these things together so they ignored it and waiting for suitable time
