Su-57 may have reduced RCS, but it´s far from stealth.
For stealth you need flat surfaces preferably reflecting radar waves away to your top/bottom and 9 and 3´o clock. Hidden turbine blades. NATO stealth planes have engines hidden behind an S duct for example. Smooth surface without exposed bolts or gaps and preferably a layer of coating reducing RCS even further. Internal weapons bay is crucial.
Su-57 has plenty of round surfaces, it has exposed engines, exposed bolts, exposed panel gaps. There is no info about coating and on top of that it´s pretty big.
Knowing Gaijining though, I can confidently say they will make this plane at least as stealth as the Raptor, or maybe even more stealthy lol.
Maybe, i wouldn’t be suprised if we see some more drama from whats to come with this update. Heres hoping we dont get so many vehicles locked behind a paywall or squadron, i dont wanna wait 4 months for a tank lol
That’s the updates I like the most and the last one didn’t disappoint. lol
If the patterns is still correct and Poland is still on gaijin radar then we would defo see some salt from all sides lmao.
From the Germans because of the 2PL
From the US because it’s another country with US tech.
From the Russians since most EE would be Polish subs.
From Japan since ROK stuff will come to poland first.
From the purest as it’s another nation with “C&P”.
Eh, for me this update had some air vehicles i wanted while also having some ground vehicles i wanted. Most of said tonks are broken/behind a paywall/or take 4 months to get 1 of because squadron. Yes, this update imo had 1 cool thing which was the sights but in usual gaijin fashion everything is broken lol.
From Sweden and Italy somewhat since the KTO Rosomak was a derivative of the Finnish patria AMV(already existent in game), with one version mounting the hitfact Mk.II turret
Honestly if we got an event Rosomak id hope it would be a version that can be copy pasted to its home country when and if poland is properly added to a TT. Having it nation locked would suck. I guess finland is the only place it would go rn since its a licensed built patria chassis so it would be like the Vilkas.
KTO Rosomak armed with a 30mm autocannon and perhaps at a BR of 9.3 would work. Of course, if it comes in that hitfact Mk.II prototype config, Italy mains will throw a riot.
The hitfact mk.II is what is upheld by Italy mains as the secret weapon, as its 4-sec reloading 120mm cannon should be the pinnacle of western light tank firepower. And of course, the B2 Centauro was awaited for ages now.
To be fair I doubt there will be much reason to complain once Gaijin adds the planned SEA subtree. And with the last update pacifying China I am now 100% sure it’ll be the next one.
Again that doesnt matter, the Vilkas was a Israeli turret. Chassis dictates where it goes besides. Finalnd really doesnt have many patria variations they use. I wouldn’t be suprised if it goes to finland, agin i only hope that wherever itngoes that gaijin chooses a model that can also go to another nation. Gate keeping vehicles hurts nations.
True the F111C is a pretty good example of having no ties to said nation and being given to them. Though i agree its a good addition and should be added. Though it has no ties as AU is not a subtree for them.
It doesnt exactly have no ties, the F-111K was a popular vehicle people wanted in game, but since no airframes were completed, gaijin settled for the next best thing
where else does it go? Australia has plenty of unique modifications and indigenous designs. its pretty straight forward to add to the British with a large history of military co development, former colony and the head of state in Australia is the king of England. i already hate having to play 4 trees to use Australian service vehicles
