if its a genuinely decent new top tier BB for Britain or France, then it would be an exceptionally good start to the dev-blog season.
But if its another ship for Japan or the US. Then it would suck.
The UK literally does not have a top tier to add yet realistically.
CR.2 130mm is likely a good way off, CR.3(P) is not fully finished yet.
But the UK can still get other backfill options and new top tier ships or aircraft.

No probably not, another pre-produciton CR3 maybe, but just fixing the CR2s would be a major buff and require most of the major update to fix anyway.
But casting a slightly wider net, a top tier IFV or SAM would be awesome.
