I would like more missile boats too, but apparently Smin’s statement about it in the Covert Disclosure post might be based on a mistranslation and it actually refers to naval rockets (like the RBUs and Weapon Alphas). We’ll have to wait and see.
For Germany, Tirpitz is currently in the files. But if Gaijin doesn’t want to completely kill Naval top tier, the Ersatz Yorck and Mackensen classes of the WWI era would fit into the Rank VI range easily.
damn was hoping france, uk, germany and japan would get some missile boats, also I can already tell the british ship has to be a QE class we just got the ww1 fit of HMS Barham hopefully we can see a ww2 fit of warspite or QE
I do hope after we get a decent top tier BB (and there is no gurantee that the promised new ship will be decent) that they go back and actually give Britain some decent TLC in other parts. All we’ve gotten in the past 2 years is C&P WW2 Destroyers or WW1 Dreadnoughts. Would rather enjoy a new lighter cruiser and then either a cold war frigate or cold war destroyer that adds SAMs
Yep, After a decent top tier BB like QE or KGV Im hoping for
HMS Fiji [5.7] (especially as it would give another seaplane carrier)
HMCS Ontario [5.7]
HMS Antelope [4.0] (Type 21 Frigate) (without ASMs)
HMS Broadsword [4.0-4.3] (Type 22 Frigate) (without ASMs)
HMS Sheffield [4.3] (Type 42 Destroyer) (without ASMs)
HMS Tartar [4.3] (Type 81 Frigate) (without ASMs)
HMS Devonshire [4.7] (Type 82 Destroyer)
any of these would be really fun in game at the right BRs
(ASMs could be added but nerfed down to the effectiveness and operation that we see on the Bravy)
It’s crazy how time flies. When I first started playing War Thunder, ADATS was the new hotness and by far the most powerful SAM in the game. People welcomed it as their savior from the dreaded Ka-50.
Yeah… R-Class is possible. but After the last 2 years. I hope we dont start a trend of WW2 refit versions of WW1 Dreadnoughts for the next 2 years. Would be quite nice to get 1 WW2 era purpose built Battleship like King George V.
